Mobile Banking Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I have to have online Banking to have Mobile Banking?
A: No. You can choose to sign up for either but why not enjoy the convenience of both.
Q: Can I use my phone to pay bills?
A: Bill pay is currently available via the Mobile Banking App, but you must enroll in Online Banking. You can also access the internet browser on your phone and type in www.fsbuvalde.com. Once you access our website you can choose number 7. View Full Site and log into your online banking to use the bill pay option.
Q: How can i log into my Mobile Banking Account without my username and password?
A: Once you have set up Mobile Banking, you have the option of logging in using a 4 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN), auto login, or touch ID. You can change these options by using the Settings option on the Mobile App.
Q: What if I forgot my username and/or password?
A: Open your FSB Mobile App and select the Login Help icon. Choose the Forgot Username or Reset Password option.
Q: Does my username and password have to be the same for both Online Banking and Mobile Banking?
A: No. You have the option of using the same username and password or choose a different username and password.
